I have spent over 20 years in financial services mostly in wholesale marketing of financial services products throughout retail bank channels. I also spent time as a mortgage loan banker. The hardest part about any business is obtaining a consistent source of qualified leads to call on. Every day thousands of people walk in and out of retail bank branch's across this country to conduct their financial business. For many years I have been researching how to match these banking customers with various financial service products by utilizing the combination of technology and a traditional point of purchase display. With the development of the Apple IPAD, I am now able to make this unique matching happen.
The mortgage lead machine is a very efficient and cost effective way to pre-approve current and potential homeowners for mortgage loans.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT BRUCE KAUFMAN
I am born and raised in Michigan. Growing up I was always amazed by technology and what it can do. I never took a formal computer software programming class. I am self taught. My internal curiosity about technology and what it can do is what drove me to learn in my mid 40's how to write "code". People want information and they want it fast. I believe who ever can get to the client first with the correct information that they are looking for at that moment your odds of obtaining that prospect as a client increases exponentially. To survive in this world I had to change my behavior traits to adapt to the ever changing technological advances in today's society. My core belief is that if you can develop a system or process that can help others on a wide scale basis then you have a basic moral obligation to do so. If you believe in what you are doing then you will be able to make a living doing something that matters and also that you enjoy in your life. By inventing the foreclosure prevention machine, my other IPAD application, I am able to now help thousands of distressed families from being thrown out on the street due to a financial hardship within their lives. One of my goals that I am working on is marketing the foreclosure prevention machine to every city in Michigan so a distressed family can be immediately connected to a HUD housing counselor for immediate help.
The key in life today is to be able to harness the specific features of the variety of technological features that each piece of a specific computer program and the functionality of the Internet possesses. The basic economics of business have changed dramatically over the past few years alone. My personal opinion is that these Apple IPAD's will eventually replace laptops, such as laptops replaced PC's.
Many of us who refuse to accept the advances of technology will only find a more challenged landscape for their financial future. My invention will streamline the process of providing leads to a centralized mortgage call center by intersecting the dynamics of technology and the core values of live human interaction.
I can custom design software for your
particular business needs. For instance in the above application we can also cross-sell within the mortgage lead machine interface auto insurance and worksite insurance products.

Rita Schena, a 78-year-old retired teacher, is not the kind of person who waits in line for the release of a new tech gadget.
But there she was April 3, the day the iPad went on sale, queuing up at a Palo Alto Apple store. She had spent a short time playing with her son's iPad that morning and was instantly smitten.
"I said, 'Oh my God, I have to have one of these,' " said Schena, who lives in Menlo Park.
It's too early to get a demographic breakdown of the people who have bought the new tablet computer - more than half a million of which have been sold. But Apple's new gizmo appears to be resonating well with older adults, who see the 10-inch computer as a device that speaks to their particular needs.
You should also think about utilizing the Mortgage Lead Machine to market reverse mortgages through these small community banks. The IPAD Kiosk was perfectly designed for ease of use for our senior population.
